摘要
大学生暑期社会实践重点团队在运行过程中存在着以下问题:队员经验不足、人员结构复杂、活动时间短、人员数量有限等现实问题,一定程度上影响了活动目标的达成。破解这些问题,可从优化顶层设计,凝练实践活动主题;严格成员选拔,优化团队成员素质;加大培训力度,提升实践技能;及时总结调整,提高活动效率;充分利用资源,挖掘活动潜能等五个方面入手,加强对团队运行过程的管理。
There are some problems in the process of the college students＇ social practice in summer,such as lack of experience,complex personnel structure,short time of activity,limited number of personnel and so on. To solve these problems,from the optimization of the top- level design,concise theme of practical activities; strict selection of members,optimize the quality of the team members; strengthen training and practical skills; timely summary of the adjustment,improve efficiency;make full use of resources,mining activity on potential etc. five aspects,strengthening the management of team operation process.
