On Rural Land System Reform and Rural Economic Development

改革开放以来,我国社会经济飞速发展,城市化进程也不断加快,但是城乡之间的差距依旧很大,农村的经济相对落后许多,形成明显的两极分化。一面是繁荣发达的城市经济,一面是落后的农村经济。面对这样的现状,缩短城乡差距,促进农村经济发展成为目前亟需解决的问题。同时,作为农村基础制度的土地制度,其中存在着许多的不足之处,导致大量农用地逐渐流失,因此,失业农民数量也在不断增多,大量的农村劳动力涌向城市,不仅造成了一系列留守儿童等问题,并且还无法保留足够的,能够推动农村经济发展的人力资源。

Since the reform and opening up,China＇s rapid social and economic development,urbanization process has been accelerated. But the gap between urban and rural areas is still a great rural economy relatively backward many formed obvious polarization. As the basic system of rural land system,there are many deficiencies,resulting in a large number of gradual lost of agricultural land. Therefore,the number of unemployed farmers are also rise,and a large number of rural labors flocked to the city to promote rural economic development of human resources.
