摘要
转型期社会矛盾频发已严重影响社会稳定和发展,有效化解社会矛盾是社会管理的重大课题。大调解机制作为化解新时期社会矛盾的一种全新手段其运行对解决社会矛盾、化解社会冲突成效显著。论文对这一机制进行描述和分析,并思考其完善措施以期能促进其在社会管理中作用的发挥。
Social conflicts in the transition period have seriously affected the social stability and development. It is an important task of social management to effectively solve the social contradictions. The multipartite mediation mechanism,as a new means to resolve social contradictions in the new period of resolving social conflicts,has remarkable effects. This paper describes and analyses the mechanism and thinking about the improvement measures in order to promote its role in social management.
