本文以河南省H县D镇环卫工人为对象进行调研,从环卫工人基本现状、劳动报酬、休息休假、安全卫生、社会保险、职业培训等方面进行分析,探讨环卫工人权益法律保障存在的问题及其产生原因,并且提出具体的解决措施。

This paper analyzes sanitation workers of D town of H County of Henan Province from basic status of sanitation workers,labor remuneration,rest and vacation,safety and health,social insurance and vocational training. It explores the existence of problems and their causes and then proposes the specific solutions.
