摘要
以汽车发动机拆装技能大赛为引领,把汽车技能大赛的知识点及考核方法应用于高校汽车专业的创新型人才培养中,激发学生学习主动性与创新意识。在此基础上,结合科研教学需求和企业技术岗位需求,在创新人才培养模式、改进课程内容、考核方式、学生心理素质等方面进行了探索,取得良好的效果。
We can take automobile engine disassembly skills competition as the leading force,apply the knowledge and assessment methods of the automobile skills competition in the cultivation of innovative talents and inspire students＇ learning initiative and innovation. On this basis,we achieved good results by combining research and teaching needs and the needs of business and technical positions,exploring innovating training model and improving the course content,assessment methods and students＇ psychological quality.
