关于独立学院日语专业应用型人才培养模式的探讨

On the Cultivation Modes for Applied Talents with Japanese Major in the Independent Colleges

独立学院的人才培养应该是应用型,作为独立学院的日语专业培养的应该是具有复合性质的应用型人才。本文从复合应用型人才培养的必要性、人才培养方案提出的依据和对方案的研讨三个方面,重点强调了与专业复合的必要性,并且在具体的应用方面,在重点培养学生听、说能力之外,将培养学生的阅读能力作为重点。

The personnel training of independent college should be applied,as the Japanese majors in the independent colleges,we should cultivate the applied talents with compound quality. From the necessity of the compound applied talents training,this paper put forward the talents cultivation scheme on the basis of discussion from three aspects of plan. It emphasizes the necessity of the professional,compound and specific applications in cultivating students＇ ability in listening and speaking,which will develop the students＇ reading ability as the key.
