摘要
职前教师教育是奠定教师终身专业素质的基础。借鉴模块课程在职教领域和高中课程领域的成功经验,将模块课程迁移至教师教育领域。职前教师教育模块化课程体系的动态构建意涵体现实践智慧的课程内容、遵循学生思维特点和课程内容特点的螺旋式课程组织方式以及发挥职前教师主体性的"三主三辅"式课程实施模式。
The pre- career teacher education is the foundation of the quality of the teachers＇ professional quality. From the successful experience in the field of module curriculum and high college curriculum,according to the characters of students＇ thinking and the characteristics of the course content of spiral curriculum organization,it can play the pre- career teachers＇ subjectivity though ＂ three main three auxiliary＂ type model of the implementation of the program.
