The Enlightenment of the Relevance between the Anxiety and Self-efficacy on English Learning

英语学习焦虑与英语自我效能感关系的研究表明:(1)我国大学生的英语学习焦虑得分总体水平不高。(2)女生的英语自我效能感显著高于男生,而英语学习焦虑显著低于男生。(3)大学生英语自我效能感与英语学习焦虑呈显著负相关。

This study explored the relationship between English learning anxiety and English self- efficacy for college students.The results showed that： 1. The overall level of English learning anxiety of college students is not high. 2. Girls＇ self- efficacy was significantly higher than the boys＇,while girls＇ English learning anxiety was significantly lower than the boys＇. 3. Students＇ English self- efficacy learning is significantly negatively correlated with their English learning anxiety.
