无肝素透析在临床应用中的护理体会

Nursing Experience of Clinical Application of Heparin-free Dialysis

目的:探讨无肝素透析中如何及时发现凝血先兆及预防凝血现象的发生。方法:选择有高危出血倾向的急、慢性肾功能衰竭患者40例,应用改良无肝素血液透析40例次,观察每例次透析时透析器的凝血情况。结果:40例急、慢性肾功能衰竭,合并高危出血患者进行无肝素血透,均未见出血加重,也未出现体外循环血液凝固,但静脉壶壁上有少许凝血,未发生一次血液凝固现象。结论:采用无肝素透析对有高危出血倾向的急、慢性肾功能衰竭患者治疗效果显著且安全性高,无出血加重,未出现凝血情况,可有效的提高患者的生存率、改善其预后的生活质量。

Objective： To investigate the .occurrence of the coagulation phenomenon and preventive coagulation phenomenon in the heparin- free dialysis.Method： 40 cases of acute renal failure or chronic renal failure which were prone to bleeding tendency in high-risk were selected.40 cases taken modified heparin-free dialysis, the dialyzer coagulation in each dialysis was observed.Result： 40 patients at high risk of bleeding associated with acute renal failure, chronic renal failure taken heparin-free hemodialysis.They were no aggravating bleeding, also had not appeared the extracorporeal circulation of blood coagulation, but vein on the pot wall had a little blood, a blood coagulation phenomenon did not occur.Conclusion： Acute renal failure, chronic renal failure patients with high risk of bleeding treatment effect are significantly in the heparin-free hemodialysis, and high safety, no increased bleeding.[t is no clotting function, can effectively improve the patient＇s survival rate and improve the prognosis of the quality of life.
