Research on the Construction of Financial Service System for Small and Mid-size Technical Enterprise “Going Out”:Taking Changzhou,Jiangsu Province as an Example

文章以江苏省常州市为例,运用SWOT模型,探讨如何在科技型中小企业"走出去"的过程中,进一步加强和完善金融服务体系建设,提出相关的实施战略和具体措施,以期为有关政府部门、决策机构和实务工作者提供参考。

Based on SWOT,with the example of Changzhou,Jiangsu Province,this paper discusses how to construct a suitable financial service system when small and mid-size technical enterprises trying to go out of China,then puts forward several strategies and measures which may be useful for related government,decision-making and practical work.
