种植磁性附着体支持的赝复体修复无牙上颌骨缺损的疗效观察

Clinical application of implant-supported obturator using magnetic attachments for the repair of the edentulous maxillary defects

目的 探讨应用种植磁性附着体支持的赝复体修复无牙上颌骨缺损的临床疗效。方法 选择11例无牙上颌骨缺损的患者,在其剩余健康的上颌骨内植入2~4颗种植体,应用种植磁性附着体支持赝复体进行修复。磁性附着体粘固前和粘固后进行固位力和咀嚼效率测定,评价临床效果,并随访2~4年。结果 种植磁性附着体支持的赝复体修复无牙上颌骨缺损可以获得较好的修复效果,赝复体的固位力和咀嚼效率得到显著提高,且差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 种植磁性附着体支持的赝复体是一种可靠、有效的修复无牙上颌骨缺损的治疗方法。

Objective To investigate the clinical results of implant-supported obturators using magnetic attachments for the repair of the edentulous maxillary defects. Methods This retrospective study recruited 11 patients with edentulous maxillary defects. Two to four implants were placed in the remaining healthy maxilla of each patient and obturator was applied by using implant-supported magnetic attachments for retention. The retention force and biting efficiency of the obturators were measured before and after the cementation of magnetic attachments. All the patients were followed up for 2-4 years. Results The implant-supported obturators exhibited significantly stronger retention force and higher biting efficiency than that of the conventional obsturators （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The implant-supported obturator using magnetic attachments is a reliable and effective method for the repair of the edentulous maxillary defects.
