唇裂患儿围手术期抗生素应用的研究

Investigation of perioperative application of antibiotics in cleft lip surgery

目的探讨唇裂患儿围手术期预防性使用抗生素的必要性。方法本研究包括94例3个月至3岁的唇裂患儿,分为实验组与对照组。实验组患儿围手术期按照抗生素使用原则给予预防性抗生素输液治疗,对照组仅给予基础补液。观察两组患儿生命体征、切口愈合情况及血常规各项指标变化并进行对比,对数据进行统计学分析。结果两组患儿围手术期生命体征、切口愈合情况及各项指标变化无显著性差异。结论唇裂患儿围手术期预防性使用抗生素并非必要。

Objective To investigate the necessity of antibiotics application in perioperative period of cleft lip surgery. Methods A total of 94 cleft lip patients aged from 3 months to 3 years were included in this study. The patients were divided into two groups, experimental group and control group. The patients in experimental group received the antibiotic in perioperative period of cleft lip surgery, and the control group received only fluid-supplement therapy. The vital signs, wound healing and clinical indicators were observed and recorded. The data were statistically analyzed and compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in the vital signs, wound healing and clinical indicators between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion The application of the antibiotic in perioperative period of cleft lip surgery is not necessary.
