建立顾客转换壁垒的酒店管理策略探析 被引量:1

摘要 本文阐述了顾客转换壁垒的内涵及其建构意义;从酒店制度建设问题、酒店服务管理问题及酒店客户关系建设问题等方面揭示了当前酒店管理在降低顾客转换壁垒效能上的诸多问题;给出了健全酒店会员制度体系、丰富酒店服务管理内容及完善酒店客户关系管理体系等构筑顾客转换壁垒,提升酒店竞争实力的可行对策。
