健康教育对慢性阻塞性肺疾病缩唇呼气训练的影响及效果评价

THE IMPACT AND EFFECT OF HEALTH EDUCATION ON CHRONIC OBSTRUCTIVE PULMONARY DISEASE SHRINK LIP EXPIRATORY TRAINING EVALUATION

目的探讨健康教育在慢性阻塞性肺疾病的患者中进行缩唇呼气训练的作用。方法分为二组,采用不同的护理方式对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者进行缩唇呼气锻炼,观察二组的干预效果。结果采用不同的锻炼方式后,观察组坚持率92.16%,对照组坚持率62.75%,二组坚持率比较经统计学分析,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。二组完成缩唇呼气锻炼的患者,2个月后观察组血氧饱和度改善有效率为91.49%,对照组为90.63%,二组比较经统计学分析,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论健康教育的护理方法能够让慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者坚持全程锻炼,血氧饱和度得到明显改善,值得在临床中推广应用。

Objective To investigate the health education role of the lip reduction expiratory training in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）.：Lip reduction breath exercise care in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）,the two groups were observed intervention effects.Results After the exercise,the observation group insisted rate was 92.16%,62.75% adhere to the rate of the control group,two groups adhere to the rate of the statistical analysis,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Two groups completed the lip reduction expiratory exercise patients,the observation group Oxygen saturation in February to improve the effective rate of 91.49%,90.63%in the control group,the two groups by statistical analysis,the difference was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Health education care enables patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）adhere to the full exercise significantly improved Oxygen saturation,which is worthy of promotion in clinical application.
