两种营养评价方法对腹膜透析患者营养状况评价的比较

APPLICATION OF TWO NUTRITION ASSESSMENT ON EVALUATING MALNUTRITION IN PERITONEAL DIALYSIS(PD)PATIENTS

摘要 目的探讨改良定量主观整体评分法(MQSGA)、营养不良-炎症评分(MIS)对腹膜透析(PD)患者营养状况评价的相关性,为PD患者选择营养评估方法提供依据。方法选择维持性PD3个月以上患者95例应用MQSGA、MIS进行评分与人体测量学指标、生化指标及炎症指标进行相关性分析。结果 MQSGA、MIS评分与身体质量指数(BMI)、上臂中段周径(MAC)、肱三头肌皮褶厚度(TSF)、上臂中段肌肉周径(MAMC)、血清白蛋白(ALB)、前白蛋白(PA)、尿素氮(BUN)、转铁蛋白(TF)呈负相关(P<0.05),与C反应蛋白(CRP)呈正相关。统计分析MQSGA、MIS评分和生化指标的相关性。结论 MQSGA及MIS评分可准确反映PD患者营养状态,其中MIS与其他营养指标的相关性更好。 Objective To compare the action of modified quantitative subjective global assessment(MQSGA),Malnutrition-inflammation score(MIS)in evaluating malnutrition in peritoneal dialysis(PD)patients.Methods A total of 95 patients undergoing peritoneal dialysis over three months were enrolled in this study.MQSGA and MIS were used to evaluate Malnutrition-inflammation ststus in PD patients.Observations also included anthropometry,biochemical assays,and the mircro-inflammation parameters.Results MQSGA and MIS score had a negative correlation to BMI,MAC,TSF,MAMC,ALB,PA,BUN and TF,and a positive correlation to CRP.Conclusions MQSGA and MIS are useful tool for the estimation of Malnutrition-inflammation ststus in PD patients.MIs score has a higher correlation coefficient than MQSGA.
