综合康复护理对胸部肿瘤术后患者的干预效果分析

INTERVENTION EFFECT OF THE COMPREHENSIVE REHABILITATION NURSING FOR 82 CASES OFPATIENTS WITH BREAST CANCER POSTOPERATIVE

目的对该科收治的胸部肿瘤术后患者给予综合康复护理或常规护理干预措施,比较不同护理干预措施的临床效果。方法 2010年2月—2014年12月,共82例胸部肿瘤患者收治该院外科特需病房。患者均经病理学结果确诊,并接受相应手术治疗。将患者按照随机数字表法分成二组,其中一组患者接受常规护理干预措施(对照组),另一组患者接受综合康复护理措施(观察组),即在常规护理基础上,额外增加心理护理、指导功能训练、健康教育、家庭康复指导等。干预前后,采用FACT-G量表对患者的生活质量分别进行评估。比较二组的生活质量评分、住院时间、患者满意度的差异。结果经护理干预后,二组患者的FACT-G量表评分均较其接受干预前有显著的改善(P<0.05)。观察组的FACT-G量表评分较对照组的改善显著(P<0.05)。观察组患者的住院时间更短[平均住院时间(20.6±2.5)d];其患者满意度更高(93.5%患者对护理措施满意)。而对照组患者的住院时间为(12.5±2.0)d,其患者满意度仅为40%。结论综合康复护理可以提高胸部肿瘤术后患者的生活质量,应作为临床常规采用的一种护理干预措施。

Objective To analyze the comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention measures or routine nursing intervention measures on patients with breast cancer postoperative in author’s hospital,and to compare the different effect of the 2 types of nursing intervention measures in improving the patient’s life quality.Methods During February 2010 to December 2014,a total of 82 breast cancer patients were treated in author’s hospital.Patients were confirmed by pathology,and were accepted the corresponding surgical treatment.The patients were divided into two groups according to random number table method,one set of patients were accepted routine nursing group（named 1st group）,another set of patients were accepted comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention（named2th group）.Comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention was also including psychological nursing,extra guidance function training,health education,family rehabilitation guidance,etc.,on the basis of conventional nursing.Before and after intervention,the both groups of patients were evaluated the FACT-G scale of quality of life respectively.The indicators of FACT- G scale of quality,the hospital stay time,and patient’s satisfaction were compared.ResultsAfter nursing intervention,FACT-G rating scale in the two groups of patients were both higher improved significantly than their intervention before（P〈0.05）.FACT-G rating scale in the 2th group was improved significantly than the other group（P〈0.05）.The 2th group of patients were with more shorter hospitalization time（the average hospitalization time was 20.6±2.5d）（P〈0.05）;and with the higher degree of patient’s satisfaction（93.5% of patients are satisfied with the nursing measures）（P〈0.05）.And the length of hospital stay in 1st group patients was（12.5±2.0d）,and the patient’s satisfaction was only40%.Conclusions Comprehensive rehabilitation nursing can improve the quality of life of patients with breast cancer postoperative.It should be used as a clinical routine of a nursing intervention measures.
