纵隔肿瘤术后患者心理健康状况与应对方式的相关性研究

A RELATIVE STUDY ON MENTAL HEALTH STATUS AND COPING STYLE OF PATIENTS WITH MEDIASTINAL TUMOR SURGERY

目的了解纵隔肿瘤患者心理健康状况的变化及应对方式,探讨纵隔肿瘤患者心理健康状况与应对方式的相关性。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)及Jalowiec的应对量表(JCS)对84例纵隔肿瘤患者进行调查研究,并采用SPSS19.0统计软件对资料进行描述性分析、t检验、Spearman相关分析。结果SCL-90总分为143.26±39.25,明显高于国内常模评分,其中最突出的问题是焦虑、强迫和抑郁;积极的应对方式与心理健康状况得分呈负相关,消极应对方式与SCL-90均分呈正相关。结论纵隔肿瘤患者心理健康状况较差,与应对方式有关,运用积极的应对方式越多,心理健康状况就好,积极的应对方式可减轻心理压力,有利于提高患者心理健康状况。

Objective To understand the changes in mental health and coping style of patients with mediastinal tumor,and to explore the correlation between the mental health status of patients with mediastinal tumor and coping style.Methods The symptom checklist 90（SCL-90）response to the amount and Jalowiec table（JCS）were investigated in 84 cases of mediastinal tumor patients,and SPSS19.0statistical software was adopted for data descriptive analysis,t-test,Spearman correlation analysis.Results The total score of SCL-90 was 143.26＋39.25,significantly higher than the domestic conventional score,one of the most prominent problem was the anxiety,obsession and depression;mental health score was negatively correlated with positive coping,negative coping style scores of SCL-90 were positively correlated with.Conclusion The mental health of the patients with mediastinal tumor is poor,associated with coping style;the more positive coping style,the good mental health status.Coping style can reduce the psychological pressure,is conducive to improve the mental health status of patients with.
