摘要
以北京大型连锁超市为样本,运用探索性因子分析获得零售企业薪酬满意度三维度结构,即薪酬结构与管理、薪酬水平、员工福利,说明薪酬满意度测量维度因样本不同而有所差异;通过多元线性回归模型分析薪酬满意度三个维度及个人特征变量对离职倾向的影响,发现薪酬结构与管理满意度、薪酬水平满意度、员工福利满意度、年龄和职位对离职倾向有显著负向影响,学历对离职倾向有显著正向影响,而性别、工作年限对离职倾向无显著影响。
With the samples of the large supermarkets in Beijing,this paper finds the three dimensions of pay satisfaction of the retail enterprises by the exploratory factor analysis,which are pay structure and administration,pay level and benefits. It shows that the constitution of dimensions of pay satisfaction is different with the different samples. Then,this paper analyses how the dimensions of pay satisfaction and demographic characteristics influence turnover intention by the multiple linear regression model. The result shows that pay structure and administration,pay level,benefits,age and position have significant negative impact on turnover intention,and education has significant positive impact on turnover intention. However,gender and tenure have no significant impact on turnover intention.
