心外膜脂肪组织厚度与原发性高血压病的关系研究

摘要 目的探讨超声心动图检测心外膜脂肪组织(EAT)厚度与原发性高血压病(EH)的关系。方法选取我院87例EH患者(EH组)和41例非EH患者(非EH组),比较两组不同部位EAT厚度;采用ROC曲线评价不同部位EAT厚度对诊断EH的临床应用价值。结果 EAT厚度在心包周围的分布呈非均匀性,以右室前壁、右房室沟分布较厚;EH组各部位EAT均较非EH组明显增厚(P<0.01);左房室沟EAT厚度预测EH的曲线下面积最大,为0.723。结论 ETA厚度可作为评价和预测EH的一项指标;在不同部位EAT厚度中,左房室沟EAT厚度对EH诊断价值最高。 Objective To explore the correlation between essential hypertension(EH) and epicardial adipose tissue(EAT)thickness.Methods Eighty-seven patients with of EH(EH group)and 41 patients without EH(NEH group)were enrolled.The EAT thickness was measured by echocardiography.The ROC curve was used to evaluate the EAT thickness in different part of the heart.Results The EAT thickness were distributed inhomogeneously around the pericardium,in the thickness of RVAW and right atrioventricular groove were much thicker than the other parts.The EAT thickness of all position were increased obviously in EH group than that of the NEH group(P0.01),the area under ROC curve of EAT thickness predict EH was 0.723.Conclusion The EAT thickness are correlated with EH,which can be potentially served as an indicator to evaluate and predict the EH.The EAT thickness of the left atrioventricular groove is more sensitive to diagnose EH.
