类风湿性关节炎是一种系统性自身免疫性疾病,最终会导致关节畸形、功能丧失。随着超声诊断技术的不断发展、进步及成熟,其在关节类疾病中的应用价值也不断提升。本文就超声检查在类风湿性关节炎病变早期诊断及治疗疗效评估中的应用进行简要综述。

Rheumatoid arthritis is a chronic systemic autoimmune disease,will eventually lead to joint deformity,loss of function.With the development of ultrasound technology,the applications in the joint disease are also constantly update.This paper reviews the early diagnosis and assessment on the therapeutic effectiveness for the rheumatoid arthritis using ultrasonography.
