高职院校学生职业素养培养之思考

高职院校要为社会生产建设、服务管理第一线培养高素质应用型人才,因此加强学生职业素养的培养尤其重要。当前高职院校学生职业素养培养存在培养目标和社会定位不清、缺乏专门的实训课程和实训基地、思想观念守旧等问题,只有加强师资队伍建设,提升教师的综合职业素养,进行课程体系建设与改革,深化校企合作,强调职业技能大赛与第二课堂紧密结合,才能有效提升学生的职业素养,从而增强其就业竞争力,实现校企之间的无缝对接。

Higher vocational college should cultivate high quality talents for the social construction and service manage- ment, so it is particularly important to strengthen the students＇ professional qualities. At present, there are problems e^ist, ie, training objectives and social positioning are not clear, lack of specialized training courses and training base, conserva- tive ideas and concepts. Only strengthen the faculty construction, improve the coraprehensive professional qualities of teachers, construct and reform curriculum system, deepen school-enterprise cooperation, and strengthen the closely corrbi- nation of vocational skills con-oetition and second classroom activities, can improve the students＇ professional quality ef- fectively. Therefore, this will enhance students＇ ernployrnent competitiveness, and achieve seamless between school and enterprise.
