摘要
当前"用工荒"和"留人难"已成为我国酒店业发展的瓶颈。基于马斯洛需要层次理论,选择福州市五家四星级以上酒店的实习生作为研究对象,运用SPASS软件分析影响酒店实习生留职意向的主要因素。结论表明:对酒店实习生留职意向影响较大的前三位因素为生理需要、尊重的需要、自我实现的需要,安全需要和社交需要对留职意向影响较小。酒店、学校、学生三方需要从完善薪酬体系、增加人文关怀、树立职业理想等方面共同努力,提升实习生对酒店实习工作的满意度,从而提高实习生的留职率。
Labor shortage and high remover rate has hindered the development of China's hotel industry. Based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs, this paper studies interns from five high-star hotels in Fuzhou, uses SPASS to analyze the factors which affect intems' retention intention. The result shows that the top three factors are physiological needs, re- spect needs and self-actualization needs, while security needs and social needs have less impact on retention intention. Hotels, colleges and students should strength cooperation to improve salary system, strengthen hurmnistic care, and es- tablish career aspiration.
