摘要
在网球运动中,力量、柔韧度、爆发力、耐力和速度缺一不可,每一方面都需要训练有素的肌肉系统。由于网球运动主要使用发球和正手姿势,许多运动员忽视了背部训练。但是在网球运动中,由于背部必须弯曲、伸展和旋转,强壮的背部会促进形成正确的姿势,平衡身体的惯性侧和非惯性侧,保护周围的关节。因此除了为增强体能而训练惯用侧以外,还应增强非惯用侧的训练,在训练中运用网球比赛期间的代表性动作模式训练背部肌肉系统。
Tennis requires players' strength, flexibility, power, endurance and speed, so players should train their muscu- lature. As tennis mainly uses serve and forehand position, many athletes will neglect back training. Since the back must bend, stretch and rotate, strong back will help the formation of correct posture, balance body's inertia and non-inertia lat- eral, protect the joints around. Therefore, it's critical to enhance the training of non-dominant side and use a representa- tive operation node to train athletes' back muscles.
