摘要
文中分析了以己烯-1为共聚单体生产线型低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)薄膜专用树脂HF-7042工艺,通过与通用树脂DFDA-7042进行性能比较,结果表明,树脂HF-7042具有更优异的耐穿刺能力。装置首次工业化生产264 t产品,并应用于手提袋的生产,加工过程稳定,薄膜的落标冲击强度等性能优异,满足用户要求。
This paper analyzed production of special LLDPE resin HF-7042 used for film,with hexene-1 as comonomer. Bycomparison with common resin DFDA- 7042 regarding performance,the result showed that resin HF- 7042 has superiorpenetration resistance property. 246 t product was initially produced in commercial scale in the plant,and used forproduction of hand bags. Processing was stable,performances such as dart impact strength are superior and meet userrequirement.
