摘要
某石化公司炼油厂常减压装置首次开工后,出现石脑油硫含量过高的问题,造成重整装置预加氢反应器温升大,制约了重整装置的安全生产。文中分析了装置硫含量过高的原因,认为塔顶注水使用二次回用水是造成塔顶石脑油硫含量高的主要原因。
Problem of excessive sulfur content in naphtha existed since the initial startup of the atmospheric vacuumdistillation unit of a petrochemical company's oil refinery,which caused high temperature rise of prehydrogenation reactor ofthe reforming unit,and restrained safe production of the reforming unit. This paper analyzed the cause for excessive highsulfur content of the unit,and believed that the use of the secondary reuse water for the tower top water injection is theprimary cause for high sulfur content in naphtha.
