摘要
我国大多数炼化企业采用人工调合比例的方式将调合后的原油输送至常减压蒸馏装置,手动操作方式已很难满足常减压蒸馏装置对原油进料性质稳定的要求。文中提出了面向原油罐区具有2条掺炼线进行多组分原油调合的储罐液位变化法,实例验证了该方法的实用性和有效性。
At present,most of refining enterprises in China still use manual proportioning method for transferring theblended crude oil to atmospheric vacuum distillation unit,but it is very difficult for manual operationing mode to meet therequirement of atmospheric vacuum distillation unit for crude oil feed property stabilization. This paper put forward a tanklevel change method by which there are only two blending lines in the crude oil tank farm for multi-component crude oilblending,and verified the practicability and effectiveness of the proposed method.
