摘要 某炼油厂二重催分馏塔在累计运行1 085 d后突然出现淹塔情况,采取甩掉塔顶换热塔盘、建立新的顶部内回流等措施,保证生产平稳运行至装置检修。通过检修对塔内部构件的检查及塔内附着物进行化验,对淹塔原因进行了分析,并提出了预防措施,确保装置长周期运行。 After accumulative operation of 1085 days,tower flooding occurred in the fractionation tower of the second heavyoil catalytic unit of an oil refinery. Measures such as getting rid of tower top heat exchange tray and building new top internalreflux were taken to ensure stable production operation until the unit's overhaul. During overhaul,inspection was made tothe tower internals,chemical test was made to the attachments inside the tower,analysis was made to the cause of towerflooding,and preventive measures were proposed to ensure long-period operation of the unit.
