摘要
通过对低密度聚乙烯2426H产品雾度检测、己烷提取物含量测定及同类产品的结构剖析对比,确定了产品雾度高、有异味是由于低聚物含量高造成的。实施了生产工艺调整的方案,优化工艺控制,降低了2426H产品的雾度和正己烷提取物含量,提高了产品质量。。
By detection of LDPE 2426 H product haze,determination of hexane extractives and structure analysis andcomparison,it was founded that the high haze and odor of the product is caused by high oligomer content. By implementingproduction process modification scheme and optimizing process control,the haze and hexane extractives of 2426 H has beenreduced and product quality has been improved.
