夹套不锈钢罐封头凸缘焊缝泄漏分析与结构改进

摘要 从设计角度对夹套不锈钢罐封头凸缘焊缝的泄漏进行了分析,找出了引起封头凸缘焊缝泄漏的原因是其结构设计的不合理导致制造无法保证焊缝的质量,给出了改进后封头凸缘焊接接头的结构型式,认为容器的焊接接头结构设计应即要利于焊缝的全焊透又要便于焊接的质量检查。 Properly selecting the structural type of welding joints is an important prerequisite to ensure the intrinsic safety ofthe pressure vessel. From the design perspective,this paper analyzed the head flange weld leakage of the jacketed stainlesssteel vessel,and found out that the weld leakage is caused by the improper structure design which cannot guarantee the weldquality in manufacturing. It put forward some suggestions for improving the structure type of head flange welding joints.Based on the research,this paper found out that structure design of welding joints for the container should not only behelpful for the full penetration weld but also convenient for the welding quality inspection.
