摘要
阐述了大庆炼化公司异构脱蜡装置的能耗现状,对装置技术改造后的节能情况进行了分析。通过实施低温余热回收、新氢机应用调节系统、水环真空泵改造、增加变频器等节能改造措施,使装置的综合能耗由2 432 MJ/t降至2 245 MJ/t。
This paper expounded the status quo of energy consumption of the isodewaxing unit of Daqing Oil Refining Chemical Company,and analyzed the energy saving situation after the technical transformation of the unit. By adoptingenergy saving transformation measures,such as implementing low temperature waste heat recovery,using adjusting systemfor the new hydrogen compressor,modifying water ring vacuum pump,and adding frequency changer,the comprehensiveenergy consumption has been reduced to 2 245 MJ/t from 2 432 MJ/t.
