摘要
本文以伺服折弯机发展为背景,分析了我国板料折弯件生产领域对折弯机的新要求,介绍了液压式折弯机和电动折弯机的基本结构,对新型伺服折弯机的发展趋势进行了讨论。本文重点介绍了三种类型的新型折弯机,分别是大功率多轴同步伺服折弯机、新型减速机构折弯机和机器视觉测量折弯机,为掌握伺服折弯机发展的前沿提供了参考。
Taking the development of servo press brake as the background, the demand of the metal bending production field to the press brake has been analyzed. The basic structure of hydraulic and electric press brake has been introduced. The development trend of new type of servo press brake has been discussed.The three new types of press brake including high-power multi-axis synchronous servo press brake, new type retarding mechanism press brake, and machine vision measurement press brake have been mainly expounded. It provides reference for grasping the development trend of the servo press brake.
