摘要 本文以JG36-250C闭式双点压力机的底座为研究对象,使用Solidworks2012进行建模,通过Solidworks2012中嵌套的Simulationexpress对底座模型进行静刚度分析,并对其结构进行优化,根据优化结果对原方案进行修改,从而达到减轻自重的目的,为底座结构的合理设计与改进提供了可靠依据。在满足底座强度和刚度的基础上,既降低了生产成本,又极大提高了设计效率。 Taking the base of JG36-250C close double-point press as the research object, the modeling has been conducted by use of Solidworks2012. The Simulationexpress nested in Solidworks2012 has been adopted to execute the static rigidity analysis to the base. The structure has been optimized. The former project has been changed according to the optimization result. Thus in this way, the self weight has been reduced, which provides reliable reference for the reasonable design and improvement of the base structure. On the basis of satisfied base strength and rigidity, the production costs have been reduced and the design efficiency has been greatly improved.
