柞蚕茧耐酸碱性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 用0.5mol/L的HCL与0.5mol/L的Na OH溶液分别处理柞蚕茧壳试样,观察处理后的现象,测试柞蚕茧的质量、强力损失率,最后通过红外光谱表征处理前后柞蚕内部的变化。实验表明:柞蚕茧壳条状试样在两种溶液中都出现了卷曲,在碱溶液还能清晰地看见许多蚕丝无规律地漂浮于溶液中;柞蚕茧壳的质量损失率差异不大,HCL溶液中为4.2%,在Na OH溶液中仅为3.3%;然而柞蚕茧壳强力损失率却比较大,在酸中损失量达到了26%,碱溶液中,柞蚕茧壳已经解体为蚕丝无法对其进行测量;酸碱处理后,柞蚕的特征峰削弱或消失了,HCL与Na OH不仅是物理性地溶解了蚕丝之间的丝胶链接,在一定程度上也与它发生了反应,从而造成结构解体、强力大量下降,在Na OH溶液中这种破坏更加明显和激烈。 We treated A.pernyi cocoon shell with 0.5mol/L HCL and 0.5mol/L NaOH, observed the phenomenon, tested the loss rate of quality and strength. At last, through infrared spectral characterized A.pernyi's changes, before and after processing. Experiment results show that: A.pernyi cocoon shell strip specimens have curled up. The loss rate of quality in HCL solution was 4.2%, in NaOH solution is only 3.3%. But the loss rate of strength in the acid solution reached 26%. A.pernyi cocoon shell can't be measured because it has disintegrated in alkaline solution. The characteristic peak of A.pernyi has been weaken or disappeared. The damage is more obvious in NaOH solution.
