基于交易成本视角的公立医院外部融资模式分析

Analysis of External Financing Mode of Public Hospitals Based on the Perspective of Transaction Cost

公立医院作为我国卫生医疗事业的支柱服务主体,承担着全国主要医疗服务,其融资模式选择的是否合理,对公立医院资金能否满足发展需求至关重要。文章从交易成本理论出发,分析公立医院外部不同融资模式,并在此基础上提出一些建议。

Public hospitals, as the mainstay of China＇s health care industry, bear the main medical services, and whether the financing mode is reasonable or not, can meet the needs of the development of public hospitals. In this paper, from the theory of transaction cost, we analyze the different financing modes of public hospitals, and put forward some suggestions on the basis of the theory of transaction cost.
