预算定额管理是部门预算改革的重要内容。本文从人民银行实施公用经费预算定额标准的现状和存在的问题,提出了构建人民银行公用经费预算定额标准体系的设想和相关建议。

Fixed budget management is an important part of budget reform for the budget department. This paper starts from the current situation and problems of fixed public budget standard in the implementation of the People＇s Bank, proposes ideas and recommendations to build the fixed public budget standard system for People＇s Bank of China.
