鼠神经生长因子联合免疫球蛋白对GBS儿童血液指标及神经电生理指标的影响

Effect of mouse nerve growth factor combined with immunoglobulin therapy on blood indexes and neural electrophysiological indexes in children with GBS

目的:分析鼠神经生长因子联合免疫球蛋白治疗后格林巴利综合征(GBS)儿童血液指标及神经电生理指标的变化。方法:收集湖北省武汉市新洲区人民医院收治的格林巴利综合征儿童78例作为研究对象,根据接受的治疗方案不同所有入组患者分为接受常规治疗的对照组患者(n=43),接受鼠神经生长因子联合免疫球蛋白治疗的观察组患者(n=35)。对比两组患者的血清炎症因子、血清T细胞亚群及免疫球蛋白、神经电生理指标值等差异。结果:观察组患儿的治疗后血清IL-21、IL-23、IL-12、IL-18水平值低于对照组患儿(P<0.05);观察组患儿的治疗后血清IgG、IgA水平低于对照组患儿,IgM水平高于对照组患儿(均P<0.05);观察组患者接受治疗后的MCV、MCV差值高于对照组患儿,F波平均潜伏期低于对照组患儿(均P<0.05);在复合肌肉动作电位指标方面,观察组患儿的治疗后ADM、APB值高于对照组,ADM/APB值低于对照组患儿(均P<0.05)。结论:GBS儿童接受鼠神经生长因子联合免疫球蛋白治疗,可以降低患儿全身炎症状态、提升机体免疫功能,优化肌肉神经电生理参数,具有积极的临床意义。

Objective： To analyze the effect of mouse nerve growth factor combined with immunoglobulin therapy on blood indexes and neural electrophysiological indexes in children with Guillain-Barrc syndrome （GBS）. Methods.. A total of 78 children with GBS in our hospital were collected as research subjects and divided into control group （n=43） who received conventional treatment and observation group （n= 35） who received mouse nerve growth factor combined with immunoglobulin therapy. Then differences in serum inflammatory factors and serum T cell subsets as well as immunoglobulin and neural electrophysiological index values of two groups were compared. Results： After treatment, serum IL-21, IL-23, IL-12 and IL-18 levels of observation group were lower than those of control group （P〈0.05）. Serum IgG and IgA levels of observation group were lower than those of control group and IgM level was higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）. MCV and MCV difference value of observation group were higher than those of control group and F-wave mean latent period was lower than that of control group （P〈0.05）. In terms of compound muscle action potential indexes, after treatment, ADM and APB values of observation group were higher than those of control group and ADM/APB value was lower than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion.. Mouse nerve growth factor combined with immunoglobulin therapy can reduce systemic inflammatory state in patients, enhance body＇s immune function and optimize muscle nerve electrophysiological parameters. It is of clinical significance.
