更昔洛韦对单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎患者血清及泪液相关指标的影响

Influence of ganciclovir for serum and trear related indexes of patients with herpes simplex keratitis

目的:观察更昔洛韦对单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎患者血清及泪液相关指标的影响。方法:选取本院收治的82例单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎患者为研究对象,将82例患者随机分为对照组41例和观察组41例,对照组以阿昔洛韦进行治疗,观察组则以更昔洛韦进行治疗,然后将两组治疗前和治疗后3、7d及14d的血清及泪液氧化应激指标(NO、TAC、MDA及GSH-Px)及其他相关指标(β-MG、Zn、Cu、EGF)进行比较。结果:治疗前两组血清及泪液氧化应激指标及其他相关指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);而治疗后3、7d及14d观察组的血清及泪液NO、MDA及β-MG、Cu、EGF水平均低于对照组,血清及泪液TAC、GSH-Px及Zn则高于对照组,且两组治疗后的检测水平均异于治疗前,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:更昔洛韦对善单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎患者血清及泪液相关指标的改善更为明显,说明其对于疾病的治疗效果更好。

Objective： To observe the influence of ganciclovir on serum and trear related indexes of patients with herpes simplex keratitis. Methods：A total of 82 patients with herpes simplex keratitis treated in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group with 41 cases in each group,then the serum and tear oxidative stress indexes including NO,TAC, MDA and GSH-Px and other related indexes of β-MG,Zn,Cu and EGF before the treatment and at third,seventh and fourteenth day after the treatment were compared between the two groups. Results：Before the treatment, there were no significant difference in serum and tear oxidative stress indexes and other related indexes between two groups （P alE〉0.05） ,while on the third, seventh and fourteenth day after the treatment the serum and tear NO, MDA and 13 MG, Cu, EGF of observation group were all lower than those of the control group, the serum and tear TAC, GSH-Px and Zn were all higher than those of control group （P all〈0.05）. After the treatment, the detected indexes levels of both groups were all significantly different from that before the treatment （P all〈0.05）. Oonclusion： After treatment of Ganciclovir, improvements in serum and trear related indexes are obvious indicating it has better effects.
