摘要
设计一种基于PLC质量反馈的高精度灌装要求的全自动液体定量灌装机。设计控制部分由玻璃瓶自动理瓶、空瓶输送、液体一次灌装、高精度补灌、全自动加内塞旋外盖及满瓶输送等组成。采用旭日称重仪表配合PLC、PC机和触摸屏,实现在线精确测量与监控,为补灌系统提供可靠数据,实现高精度灌装。
High precise automatic quantitative liquid filling machine is designed based on PLC quality feedback. Control part includes automatically unscramble bottle,empty bottle conveying,liquid filling for one time,high precise filling,fully automatic screw covering inside,the bottle conveying,etc. The rising sun weighing instrument with PLC,PC and touch screen is used to achieve online accurate measuring and monitoring,provide reliable data for irrigation system,and realize high precision filling.
