摘要 研究软袋二次包装的方法,分析软袋再包装过程中不整齐及重迭的原因,设计了一种基于伺服控制的高速多袋料自动落桶机,能够可靠地使两袋同时落桶,解决软袋再包装不整齐、重迭及姿态不一致问题。该设备满足多袋料多品种装桶任务,从而有效提高了包装线的自动化水平,降低了企业的人工成本和劳动强度。经实际应用,工作可靠,有效地提高了生产效率。 To solve the drop overlap and inconsistency of soft bag packaging,Study the packaging method and the factor of drop overlap for soft bag,design the direct drop packaging mechanism based on servo control,drop two soft bags reliably at the same time. The equipment pack reliably,thereby reduce labor costs and labor intensity,improve efficiency. The practical application shows that the equipment is reliable and high efficiency.
