摘要
报告1例恶性萎缩性丘疹病。患者女,57岁。因全身皮损2年余、腹痛伴恶心、呕吐2 d入院。体格检查:全腹压痛明显,伴反跳痛,以右下腹明显;躯干、四肢可见多数散在丘疹,中央萎缩呈脐状,瓷白色,周围绕以红色环状隆起,少数皮疹呈淡红色米粒大的原顶状丘疹。入院后行急诊手术探查并完善皮损组织病理检查后诊断为恶性萎缩性丘疹病。给予止血、抗凝等对症支持治疗后皮损缓解。
A case of malignant atrophic papulosis is reported. A 57-year-old female presented with asymptomatie pink papules on the trunk and limbs, with central atrophy for 2 years, and stomach ache, nausea and vomiting for 2 days. Physi- cal examination revealed tenderness and rebound tenderness on the lower ri^t abdomen. Scattered small erythematous papules with an atrophic porcelain-white center distributed on the trunk and the extremities. According to surgical and histological examination, patient was diagnosed with malignant atrophic papulosis. Lions were improved after treatments with hemostatic and anticoagulant agents.
