硬化性筋膜炎并发眼眶炎性假瘤

摘要 硬化性筋膜炎是一种主要以筋膜发生弥漫性肿胀硬化为特征的少见病,临床上以四肢硬肿为主要表现[1]。硬化性筋膜炎并眼眶炎性假瘤临床尚未见报道。近来我科诊治1例硬化性筋膜炎并眼眶炎性假瘤,现报告如下。1病历摘要患者女,39岁。双大腿内侧皮肤红肿、发硬、皮温增高11年。11年前患者受凉及工作劳累后出现双大腿内侧皮肤红肿,质地变硬,皮温较高,伴疼痛,程度可忍受,局部有压痛,
