The Sustainable Development Strategies of Grand Paris: The Revelation of Project of Seine-metropolitan

引介法国"大巴黎计划"规划成果,通过对安东尼·格兰巴克(Antoine Grumbach)提出的"以塞纳河为依托的大巴黎都市带"规划构想的分析研究,从空间、社会、经济、文化、技术等多个层面探讨大巴黎发展路径与视角的转变,总结区域视角下大巴黎都市带的宏观定位、空间格局、交通网络、产业分布、社会生活等八个方面的城市可持续发展策略,以期为国内大都市或区域的发展规划提供借鉴。

Taking the project of Seine-metropolitan designed by Antoine Grumbach as case study, the practice experiences of Grand Paris are introduced. We discuss the transformation of developing path of Grand Paris from the angles of space, society, economy, culture and technique. Through in-depth analysis of the project, we summarize the newest 8 strategies of the metropolitan sustainable development in France including regional relationship, urban form, traffic system, industrial distribution and so on. On this basis, we ultimately expect to offer new thinking and direction for the development of metropolitan or regional planning in China by changing the angle of view.
