中型铁路客站广场的交通换乘与集约化布局——以唐山北站为例 被引量:3

摘要 近年我国新建和重建了大量高铁客站,其中一部分高铁站房在规划设计中实现了客站综合开发与城市空间的一体化,但在一些中小城市由于铁道部门负责组织客站建筑和站场设计,而客站广场用地由城市规划部门管理,从而导致客站站房与站前广场设计分离的现象,因此带来了客站与城市交通如何换乘、站前广场尺度与空间布局等一系列的设计问题。该文结合唐山北站的案例研究,首先在分析和预测各种换乘交通设施构成和量化指标的基础上探讨了中型客站广场的交通换乘与人性化尺度的问题,避免单纯追求门户形象造成广场尺度过大和城市土地资源的浪费,其次结合场地条件探讨了广场空间的集约化布局。 In recent years, a large number of high-speed rail station building has been built and rebuilt in our country, part of the high-speed rail station realizes the integration of railway station comprehensive development and city space in urban space planning and design, however, as the railway sector is responsible for the station building and yard design in some small and medium-sized cities, the station square land administered by the city planning department, which leads to the separation phenomenon between railway station building and station square design, so brings a series of design problems of how to transfer between railway station and urban traffic, the scale of station square and the layout of space. Based on case study of Tangshan North Station, firstly, based on the analysis and prediction of the transfer traffic facilities constitute and quantitative indicators of traffic transfer, we discuss the issue of traffic interchanges and humane scale of medium-sized rail station square, so as to avoid the simple pursuit of portal images resulting in a large scale over the square and the waste of urban land resources. Secondly, we explore the intensive layout of the square space according to the site condition.
