摘要
从知识管理与档案管理的辨证关系角度,介绍笔者单位企业档案部门知识档案管理体系的建设与实施,使知识档案管理服务工作与企业生产管理全过程有机地融合,进一步提升了企业档案管理工作水平。
In view of dialectical relationship between the knowledge and archives management, in this paper, establishment and implementa- tion of the knowledge archives management systems by the enterprise archives department are described so that the knowledge archives man- agement service could be effectively integrated into the whole process of the enterprise activity management, further improving the archives management level.
