当代中国虚拟社会治理中的信任图景重构

The Reconstruction of Trust Prospect for Virtual Social Governance in Contemporary China

信任是当代中国虚拟社会治理不可或缺的社会资源,但就中国虚拟社会的信任现状而言,信任缺损是无法回避的事实。为了完成虚拟社会治理中的信任图景重构,需要加强与信任相关的制度供给,提升社会的公共理性水平,树立公共利益最大化的治理价值取向,培育与虚拟社会治理相适应的信任文化,从而助推虚拟社会治理跨越信任阻隔达成善治。

Trust is an indispensable social resource for the virtual social governance in contemporary China. However, as far as the current trust status in China＇ s virtual society is concerned, absence of trust is an unavoidable fact. It＇ s necessary for reconstruction of trust prospect in the virtual social governance to strengthen the supply of trust-related institutional building, improve social public rational level, establish public interest-maximized governance value orientation, and foster trust culture adapting to virtual social governance, so as to boost virtual social governance for good governance across the trust barrier.
