为完善企业征信机构备案管理,应明确我国企业征信机构备案管理的原则,加快行政备案管理立法步伐,建立全国统一的备案机构管理制度,尽快实现信用评级机构备案的归口统一管理,加快推进建立征信行业协会组织,加强行业自律管理和企业征信机构备案后的监管。

In order to improve the file-record management of enterprise credit reporting agencies,it is necessary to specify the principles for the file-record management of enterprise credit reporting agencies in China,accelerate administrative legislation of the file-record management of enterprise credit reporting agencies,establish a unified national management system as against agencies filing for record,realize unified centralized file-record management of credit rating agencies as soon as possible,quicken the establishment of credit reporting industry associations,so as to strengthen industry self-discipline management and record-after supervision of enterprise credit reporting agencies.
