摘要 锂电池组在作为能源供能应用中有电压不平衡问题。通过单体及蓄电池组电压实时检测与高电压对低电压单体均衡调节,探索了实时在线均衡BMS健康管理方法,并基于此设计了一种锂电池组实时主动均衡BMS健康管理系统。该系统在锂电池组供能工作中的实时检测蓄电池单体及组状态参数,通过锂电池组总电压给单体充电的形式,实现了蓄电池组单体间的电压均衡BMS调节,并进行结构的优化设计以满足便携式需求,应用于供能过程中单体电压实时在线均衡调节。实验结果表明,该系统实现了锂电池的实时主动均衡,使得电池放电过程中单体的电压不平衡度不高于5%,实现锂电池供能中实时在线均衡BMS健康管理调节。 Lithium battery pack has energy imbalance risks in energy supply applications. A real-time online BMS health management equalization method was explored for the lithium battery based on the real-time voltage detection of the lithium battery monomers and the equalization principle between the low-voltage and high-voltage monomers. A portable real-time online BMS active balancing system was designed. The system detected the parameters of the monomers and lithium battery pack, and achieved the battery voltage balancing adjustment among monomers and met the need of the portable battery combination and the energy real-time equalization. The experiments results show that, this method achieves the online initiative equilibrium. The voltage balancing adjustment makes the imbalance among different monomers no bigger than 5%. The balancing efficiency and BMS can realize the lithium-ion battery real time energy balancing under harsh conditions in real-time online health management regulation.
