摘要
为降低铅酸蓄电池包片工序铅尘危害、提高生产效率而研制全自动包片机。分析了铅酸蓄电池包片生产现状,指出了手工包片与半自动包片的主要优缺点,明确了全自动铅酸蓄电池包片机的设计目的与设计要求。分析了设备的工作原理及设备基本组成,并针对设计中的关键问题给出了切实可行的解决方案。
Automotive plate packing equipment was developed to reduce the lead dust dangers in the process of lead-acid battery plate packing, thereby increase production efficiency. By analyzing the current situation of the manufacture of lead-acid battery, the main advantages and disadvantages of the manual and semi-automatic package were pointed out, the design purpose and design requirement of the automotive lead-acid battery plate packing equipment was described. The working principles and equipment basic components of different design schemes were studied. For each key problem in the process of design, some practicable solutions were proposed.
