摘要
为了研究单晶硅和非晶硅三结叠层光伏组件在不同辐照强度下所表现出来的不同光电特性,采用对比测试和理论模拟的方法,分析辐照强度对这两种太阳电池光电特性的影响:对非晶和单晶硅组件而言,辐照强度引起组件的电流呈线性变化,电压变化较小,通过对比分析电流和电压的斜率,可以得到电流更容易受辐照强度变化的影响;随辐照强度的增强,单晶硅组件的填充因子和效率是先增大后减小,三结叠层非晶硅组件的填充因子先增大后减小,然而效率是持续增大的。
In order to research the different optical characteristics between single crystalline silicon and amorphous silicon stacked three-junction PV modules in different radiation intensity, the effects of low irradiation intensity on parameters of solar cells module were researched by the method of contrasting measurement and theoretical simulation. It is concluded as followed: as for single model and amorphous model are concerned, the same characteristics of different irradiation intensity are presented between single crystalline Si module and three-junction stack module of amorphous crystalline Si, the current shows the relation of linearity, the voltage is a little variation,the current is impacted easily by change of irradiation intensity by analysis of slop of the current and voltage; with the irradiation intensity increasing, the fill factor of single crystalline Si module is first ascend, and then fall as well as efficiency; as for three-junction stack module of amorphous crystalline Si is concerned, the fill factor is first ascend,and then fall at point of 400 W/m2, however, the efficiency of amorphous Si module is continuous to increase.
