摘要
随着越来越多的分布式电源(DG)接入配电网,需要对其进行优化调度运行。从配电网运营商的经济效益前景的角度出发,对有调度能力的分布式电源和没有调度能力两种情况进行对比。采用优化调度策略,使得网损和电网投资(改造和运营)费用等成本最小。同时考虑一年内出现的十二种典型场景,对多种小型水力分布式发电厂进行研究。最后将所提出的方法应用于IEEE34节点测试系统,并对结果进行了阐述和分析。
As more and more distributed power(DG) access distribution network, it is necessary to optimize the dispatching and operation of DG. Based on the distribution grid operator's economic outlook perspective, two cases with dispatching optimization and no dispatching capabilities distribution network were compared. The genetic algorithms were adopted to optimize the dispatching strategy, and minimize network losses and grid investment(transformation and operational) costs and other costs. Considering twelve kinds of typical scenarios in one year, a variety of small distributed hydro power plants were studied. Finally, the proposed method was applied to IEEE34 bus testing system, and the results were described and analyzed.
